Stunning Historic Villa, Private Pool & 280° Views

Plunge into the private refreshing pool and marvel at the panoramic views across the bay. This villa reflects old-world Mexican sophistication featuring exposed wooden beams, hand-painted tiles, and colonial antiques alongside contemporary amenities. Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

Beachfront Condo @ Conchas Chinas

The apartment has an open living room, dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a King Size bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed, both with bathrooms inside the bedroom and a terrace with an outdoor table and a Jacuzzi private. Villas Patricia is located in the heart of the beach in Conchas Chinas, a short distance from the center and Los Muertos beach (15 minute walk from Los Muertos beach, with accessibility to public and private transportation. Easy access to downtown, jungle tours, galleries, restaurants, shops, fishing adventures, historical sites, and miles of golden sandy beaches. The vacation condo offers a view of the bay from a spacious terrace. Sit on the terrace and enjoy a fresh meal, while enjoying the sunset or while reading a book. It is located on the second floor of a building on the beachfront. The condo comes fully equipped with linens (beach towels included), kitchen appliances, and a side-by-side refrigerator. At the request of the guests there is the possibility of a laundry service by our staff at an additional cost. Wake up each morning enjoying wonderful bay breezes. There are also ceiling fans and air conditioning available. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from Los Muertos beach and the Romantic Zone. Taxis are available on the road if you don't walk and cost $100 pesos to downtown Puerto Vallarta.

Work out in a gym while looking through full-length windows at a city and mountain backdrop. Swim in the rooftop infinity pool as the sun sets. Back in the apartment, there are fine balcony views to be had, with many interesting objets d'art inside. This is a one bedroom two bath condo. The living room sectional turns into a queen bed. Linens are provided as well as towels and basic toiletries. Upon arrival you will be treated by the friendly building staff. They will show you to the condo and provide a walkthrough. They will show you all the amenities the condo has to offer. If you need any assistance throughout your stay the front desk staff are their to assist you. Condo Navila is walking distance to the beach and river, as well as many boutiques. The Romantic Zone also features the highest concentration of restaurants and bars in the city, with a vibrant Mexican buzz that continues on the streets. Walking will be the best form of transportation but you can easily get a cab or an Uber just outside the building. Buses pass about two blocks away (so no bus noise).

From every level see nothing but glorious ocean, jungle and mountain views. The house is fully staffed with a chef, server and maid.

Casa Luna, our romantic getaway, has a hanging queen-size bed upstairs with a spectacular view of the ocean. There is also a sitting area and a hammock built for two. Downstairs, there is a stationary queen-size bed and a twin bed/couch. Luna has a fully equipped kitchen with a view that looks out to the ocean. The stove is a four burner, sorry no oven.
