The entire 3000 square foot house has enough interior space for large gatherings & a large backyard for yard games, kids to play, dogs to run, & space for a camper to park or multiple tents to be pitched. The house is located on the west side of main street giving families easy walkable access to the beach, downtown, or north to grab food or some drinks!

Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items

Remote, yet only an hour to Traverse City or 20 minutes to Cadillac, Spend some time on the fantastic covered porch or one of the other 3 levels of deck overlooking a bend in the river.
