This tastefully decorated modern villa has an A/C open plan kitchen, living and dining area which opens on to the tranquil outdoor living and pool area. The two air conditioned bedrooms are spacious, one offering a queen bed and a single, the other offering a double with a roll away trundle. Whilst the villa caters for six guests, max adults is four. The property provides a modern sanctuary for a couple or a young family wishing to get away from it all and enjoy time out at the beach.

There are two pavilions, one for living and the other for sleeping, all with large glass sliding doors that open up to let the environment in.

Litoria is a pavilion home tucked against reserve, about 150m from the beach. You’ll love Litoria’s breezeway and living pod that opens to capture the sea breezes. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, free Wi-Fi and a fully fenced yard, Litoria provides the perfect getaway for couples or small families (including the furry kind). Daily rate is for a couple using the king bedroom. If you want to use an extra bedroom, it is $30 per person per night. Book at the extra person rate. Relax on our organic fruit farm with stunning views to world heritage rainforest. There are little touches to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Plenty of room for families.
