YurtSimple is where life slows down and people unplug. It’s forest bathing in nature. It’s getting away from it all to spend time with a partner, by oneself, and sometimes with pets. You’ll be driving past YurtCation (about 300 feet past YurtCation) to get to YurtSimple. YurtCation is 20’ in diameter and YurtSimple is 16’ in diameter. Wood and charcoal are provided. You may cook on the indoor wood stove top, or visit any number of great restaurants 2 miles away. You can even order pizza delivery

We border the Pine River in Richland County, center of the beautiful Driftless region of southwest Wisconsin. Perfect for a quiet, nature-based retreat, we are less than four hours drive from Chicago, Milwaukee, and the Twin Cities. Sit on the deck and listen to the loons in the summer or warm up next to the woodstove or in the barrel sauna in the winter. Enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom w/shower, lake views, and a fun little unique cabin option!

The design is a contemporary twist on the traditional yurt, featuring classic yurt elements such as lattice walls and radial rafters, along with modern comforts. The yurt sleeps up to two guests with a queen-size bed sitting under a clear dome to watch the sky above. There is a sitting area, as well as a bathroom, complete with hot shower and flush toilet.
