Cabin in the Missions

Cozy 1930s lumberjack cabin updated with modern plumbing. Enjoy coffee in the morning while watching the deer and other wildlife grazing and moving through the yard. Due to the wildlife situation we ask that you do not bring pets. Close to McDonald Lake (15 mins), Kickinghorse reservoir (10 minutes) and Flathead Lake (25 mins). Glacier park is only a bit over an hour to reach from here. Many local activities in the summer or plan a hike in the beautiful Mission mountains. Peaceful and relaxing.

Mission Mountain Country Cottage & Sauna

Relax and unwind in the countryside! Our 1 bed/1 bath country cottage has rustic charm while being newly renovated to include all the modern comforts you expect. The sauna is truly beautiful and it has the unique feature of a waterfall shower. Enjoy the beautiful mission mountains and park-like setting complete with creek and willow trees. There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

Rattlesnake Suites: Carriage House Studio

The location is a quiet street in the Rattlesnake area walking distance (less than 1 mile) from downtown Missoula, the University of Montana and the Clark Fork River and only a couple of blocks from several major trailheads. Features: full kitchen with range, fridge, and microwave; dining area; full bathroom; and queen size bed. The carriage house is located above the garage with alley access and off street parking. Guests have access to the new side deck with seating and gas BBQ grill.

The Railway Flats 101

This ground level single bedroom flat is the perfect stop if you’re traveling through Missoula (1 minute from I-90) or planning to stay and explore. STEPS away from Downtown, Shopping, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars + Breweries, the Clark Fork River, Music + Sport Venues, Hiking, Biking, the Missoula Public Library, and the University of Montana. Prefer to stay in? Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. Coffee, TV, Internet, plenty of space to work, to read, or simply relax in a comfortable space.

Guest-Suite attached to log home in the forest

Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

Unique Luxury Grain Bin called the Happy Place

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Enjoy a peaceful and private getaway in the mountains of Montana. This newly renovated historic forest service cabin is located close to the interstate & Clark Fork River access. Moderate/ Mild walking and hiking is available onsite. Restaurants are located within a 10 to 15 minute as well as a grocery store. Starlink internet and cell service is provided. We hope you see its potential and feel the peacefulness and calm that it affords as a refuge from the noise and demands of life.

Three miles to the Kettlehouse Amphitheatre!! Come enjoy our wonderful 400 square foot Tipi, complete with table, dresser, queen size bed and plenty of character! Set on a beautiful deck with seating and an outdoor fireplace. Take the evening to relax in the hot tub under the Montana skies. Upon request, a hearty, home cooked breakfast. Surrounded by massive trees and nature and minutes to mountain biking, hiking, boating and fishing the hosts can point you in the right direction.

At day's end, perhaps after a sit in our shared sauna, climb into the cozy loft bed for a restful night's sleep.

Magical getaway bedroom in the woods on 25 acres where glamping meets re-wilding. Come recharge and rest. Short walk to the all cedar outhouse. Enjoy watching the fire dance at the campfire circle by the creek. Great hiking trails close by, and just 20 miles to Lolo Hot Springs and 4 miles to a restaurant/saloon. This is a space to truly unwind, as there is no cell phone coverage, but there is limited WiFi. Chef cooked breakfast available (costs extra).
