It is right next to a cute seasonal creek with a canopy and table and chairs and we also have lovely hiking trails. Dogs are allowed, cats are not allowed. Please note that we are along a busy road and that there is road noise and train tracks close by but we are also very close to amenities.

This basement apartment is part of a 120 year old house, has a separate entrance and is part of the historic Beck House in the University District. The stone walls make for unique decor. Just off the Hip Strip and minutes from Griz Stadium, the University, downtown, and river access.
