Το Moonstone Loft βρισκεται στον Β΄οροφο ενος παραδοσιακου κτιριου.Ανακαινισμενο το 2018 με φροντιδα ,και προσαρμοσμενο στις συγχρονες αναγκες! Ειναι ενας μοντερνος χωρος με κλιματισμο που το κανει καταληλο για καθε εποχη! Διαθετει διπλο κρεβατι,χωρο καθιστικου με ένα μικρό καναπε(ο καναπές έχει λεπτό στρώμα αλλά μπορεί να κοιμηθεί κάποιος) και ανετο σκαμπο πουφ,συγχρονη εξοπλισμενη κουζινα! Εχει δικο του ανεξαρτητο μπαλκονι 30τ.μ. που θα απολαυσετε την εξαιρετικη θεα τις παλιας γραφικης πολης!

Our house is newly maintained, in two-storey detached, garden and furnished places. As a location 200 meters from the sea. We are at a distance of Ayvalık center, there is a 5-10 minute walking center to Macaron, Palabahce, Talat dessert shop, toaster bazaar. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to go to Cunda Island or Sarimsakli beach. and there are 4 car parks around us, there are many beaches within 10 minutes by car. Our house has a double bed, 4 single beds.

The pyrgi stone villa 2 is situated is 50 meters far from our private beach.Except swimming you can also use owr canoes .It is an ideal place for families and individuals who want to enjoy their vacations in absolute privacy.The villa is of 80m2.The distance from Mytilini is 5 kms.There is a beautiful small port 800m far from the villa with a taverna.2 kms far ,the hot springs of Gera gulf can give you a relaxing and healthy oportunity.

Its picturesque and quiet neighborhood makes it special, although it is only a 2-minute walk from the beach, the market, the supermarkets, the restaurants and the nightlife of the city. The bus stop and the taxi rank are 2 minutes and 5 minutes to the port on foot.
