On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

Es sind 20 km bis in die Wiener Innenstadt, zur Autobahn 4 km und zum Flughafen 20 km. Rundherum gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Kino, Shoppingcenter, Restaurants, Heurige, Kletterfelsen, Polizei, unzählige Wanderwege, Burgen, eine Therme, Skigebiete… Wir haben einen Hund (Border Collie). Ein Zustellbett ist möglich.

A free parking space is located in the underground car park. The newly renovated Therme Wien with spa and sauna area can be reached in five minutes on foot. A large recreation park is located directly behind the building. A daily open cafe with breakfast and daily menu is also in the immediate vicinity. Gym in the building.

The apartment is located in the center of Traiskirchen in absolute rest position. The city park can be reached in a few minutes.The center of Vienna can be reached by public transport in 30 minutes. The apartment on the second floor is accessed via the living room. From there you reach the sauna and the bedroom with fitness equipment. WC / bathroom are located 2 steps outside the apartment. Traiskirchen is a well-known wine village with several top winemakers and wine taverns.
