This 1 bedroom house is fully self contained, there is no need to leave. But if you want to stretch the legs, its a 2 minute walk to the beach and a short stroll to the Moeraki boulders. If you need a night off cooking, head into the Moeraki township and try out the delicious, substantial meals at the Moeraki Tavern.

Shag Point Retreat offers private gardens, a unique base for exploring and also a quiet respite “off the beaten track”. Close by a wide sweeping sandy bay. Or head to the Conservation reserve, a 10 minute walk - coastal views, seals and bird life abounds.

Lovely Historic School, Karitane

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school, close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There are books, a CD player and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.

Buckley’s Retreat

We offer this unique tiny home with fantastic Ocean views. You can wake to the sunrise and watch the sunset at night all from your bed. We offer continental breakfast. Which includes eggs if the hens are laying. Outdoor spa, Complementary snacks and beverages. You may also bring your dog. 5mins drive to the centre of town. But have restaurants and grocery shops near by. Off street parking also. Just on the town boundary with a rural feel.

The Cube is the place to really relax and recharge enjoying the views and gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Chill out at home or get out for a surf or walk on the beach.

Seaviews n' Siestas, Moeraki

A peaceful haven with seaviews over the harbour, the township and as far north as you can see. Very private and relaxing! Great for a group with room for chatting, viewing or outside on deck. Enquire if sleepout is needed - is fairly new, roomy and warm with a queen bed and two singles, close to back door of house for toilet.
