The unit is equipped with 5 beds - one queen in private room, two full bunks, pull out couch, and dinette that folds into a bed. Running hot water and sewer. Has one TV and stereo that works inside and outside. Full kitchen including microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, and oven. Two kayaks available as well!

Located on our charming and rustic Campground called Happy Trails. The Modern is a newer model 23' trailer. It is equipped with a Queen sized bed with a very comfortable 4" gel foam pillow top mattress. There are two very spacious bunk beds, so it can fit 4 to sleep very well..
