Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

Relax in our secluded getaway suite with private patio in our lush garden. This open and bright room has vaulted cathedral ceilings, skylights, & hardwood floors. Rest comfortably in a King bed with buttery soft hotel linens, gas fireplace, and rejuvenate in the bathroom with double head shower. Kitchenette is equipped for your needs. Cooperstown Modern Studio

A spacious, modern studio with a full kitchen, dining area, WiFi, BBQ, washer/dryer and TV. This is the ground level unit of a two unit property. Located minutes from the Cooperstown Dreams Park baseball camp, Otesaga Hotel, the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Ommegang Brewery by car. Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta are 25 min. June through September the apartment books on a six day rotation in coordination with the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament schedule.

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.

Village Suite Walking Distance to Everything

This guest suite has all the comforts of home. It's a comfortable walk or bike ride to the Hall of Fame, historic downtown, the Farmer's Museum and beautiful Otsego Lake. A 24-hour grocery store is around the corner and we're close to the trolley that will take you all over Cooperstown in the summer. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Brewery Ommegang. Please note, there is no TV or cable in the suite. Just Wi-Fi.

Sleeping Lion Lodge Suite 3, sleeps up to 5 guests and offers a living room, full kitchen, private queen bedroom with en-suite bath, a sunroom with a twin bed, trundle sofa in the living room, and a large deck which it shares with suite 4. *We are an rental agency working on behalf of the homeowners, as such there are additional requirements such as a rental agreement and a credit card hold for a damage deposit.
