The Old Dairy is a self contained Victorian building in the garden of our listed farmhouse Located at the end of a private drive in a hamlet in the Surrey hills we overlook fields and have private access to the network of public countryside footpaths We are in a quiet rural location but several great pubs are within 5 minutes drive or 30-40 minutes walk along public footpaths and bridleways We are less than 20 mins from Gatwick and from stations with 1/2 hour trains to London Late check in is ok

Peaceful Surrey Hills garden room

Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee and milk is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Private Garden Studio

Situated at the base of the Surrey hills and a few minutes walk into Cranleigh village, a modern newly refurbished bedroom/studio with super king-size bed, self-catering facilities, shower/bathroom area and desk with Wifi. Separate entrance access to the main house and off-street parking available. There is also a safe place to park and lock bikes or bring them inside the bedroom. A travel cot is available on request for special small humans!
