Luxury Woodland Shepherds Hut & Romantic Hot Tub

Escape to your own little bit of luxury in the stunning Surrey Hills, conveniently about an hour from London, and stay in one of our two gorgeous shepherd's huts. We are located near the village of Headley near Box Hill, so you can enjoy beautiful countryside walks, whilst staying in a luxury hut with modern facilities like high speed wifi! Dog friendly (extra fee). We have a wood fired couples hot tub and can supply grazing platters, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and special nights away!

Restored Pump House on Country Estate

The Pump House is situated on a working estate in West Sussex. Formerly the Pump House to an old manor house, it has just been transformed in to a luxury 2 bedroom holiday cottage with an additional sleeping loft. It's the perfect romantic getaway or family bolthole. Every effort has been made to maintain the original character of the building by using reclaimed and sustainably sourced materials and local craftsmen. Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

A quiet, ground floor studio flat, fully self-contained, affording high levels of privacy & comfort, with freedom to come & go via your own front door at anytime day or night. Situated in a quiet, safe, leafy cul-de-sac in Cobham (dubbed UK’s Beverly Hills!) which offers: The Ivy, gastro pubs, boutique shops, Waitrose & more. Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

The Drey, a pretty cabin in Surrey Hills AONB.

A luxurious, comfortable cabin under a mature oak tree at the bottom of a country garden. Wake up to wildlife on the terrace, watch the sunset by the fire, and fall asleep under star filled skies. Enjoy the BBQ or walk across the road to the cosy pub with fantastic food. Perfect for a romantic stay for two, or up to four guests with a comfortable sofa bed. Owl Beech Granary (Stag Lodge)

Follow the mile long farm track (access for one car only) and escape to our beautiful tranquil setting, surrounded by fields and forest. If you are a nature lover, this is your paradise! The only guests you will see are our 4-legged friends; deer wander through the garden, horses graze peacefully behind, foxes come for supper at night. The beautiful St Leonards Forest is within walking distance, ideal for dog walkers and cyclists. Whilst nearby sits the bustling market town of Horsham.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. "Watching the birds fly overhead, from the comfort of a relaxing bed. Watching the trees in the winds sway, all my worries seem faraway. Comfortable and newly refurbished holiday let with excellent facilities, set in the Surrey Hills and near to Leith Hill. Perfect base for hiking. biking, riding or just to get away. Open plan area with kitchen, table and chairs, small settee ladder to mezzanine level with sofa (sofa bed) and chair. Good size bedroom with queen size bed, some drawers and hanging space. Modern bathroom with shower. Ample parking. Good local pub within walking distance and several others a short drive away.
