Great space for a getaway, with beds for four and a BBQ. Plenty of beaches nearby, Palm Beach lighthouse, dog-friendly parks, golf courses, and famous 'The Newport Arms' beer garden. Regular bus services to Palm Beach, Manly and Sydney city. Breakfast items (eggs, milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee) are provided. Outdoor smoking area available. LGBTQIA+ friendly. A great spot to read a book or take a nap. There is a separate lounge/ kitchen with glass sliding doors that lead onto a deck with views of the garden. The deck is north facing & sun drenched. You have your own full kitchen and a combined bathroom laundry. For comfort you have ceiling fans & A/c.

Our studio is cosy and is set in tropical surroundings. It’s a perfect city escape or weekend getaway. The studio is 36 m2 and is part of a small block of 8 units and has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. A 12 min walk to Newport village you can go shopping at the local boutiques, try out one of the many cafes/restaurants or head straight to the beach for a day in the sun and then after all that you can have a drink while watching the sun set at The Newport
