The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. The Cartlodge ( a converted Suffolk Cartlodge)

The Cartlodge is a converted timber framed Suffolk Cartlodge situated within the quiet and picturesque countryside of rural Suffolk. Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

The Piggery is perfect for working away from home, an overnight escape or a weekend away. Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.

We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. A holiday home made with you and your dog in mind. Relax with the log burner, blankets and a beautiful view of our farm. Drying room for your dog and large crate available. Two bedroom, two bathroom. Sleeps four (two double beds) but ideally suited to two or three guests. Cosy dressing gowns, towels and bed linen provided. Expect some wear and tear as we welcome multiple pets.
