There is a small gym in the basement (treadmill and elliptical), pool table and ping pong table, and a small movie theater room - all these amenities are available to use. Tesla charger is available to use for a small fee.

Manasquan Family House Rental

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this is our regular home, we live here year-round and rent it out when we travel. We are a 5 minute walk to main st. Manasquan and 1.5 miles to the beach. All guests (besides children) must be ages 27 and up to book (besides children staying with parents). THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME. We rent mainly to families or small groups of friends who are responsible and considerate of our house and nearby neighbors. Truly perfect for young families.
