If you are a foody you are within 10 to 15 minutes from the many Bloomington restaurants or if you prefer the cooking option there is a full kitchen for your culinary creativity.

Nice Downtown Condo

Nice downtown condo. It is right on the B-Line trail and is walking distance to downtown and campus. The unit is an upstairs corner condo. For longer stays, there is an occupancy limit of only two unrelated adults allowed by our HOA. NO PARTIES OR PETS. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, and Vizio free channels, you can access them from the Home Screen. There is street parking between 2nd and 3rd street, in addition to the dedicated space and marked guest parking on Madison street.

Hideaway Hollow - A Woodsy Getaway

Hideaway Hollow is a cozy, private guest suite attached to the owner's home. An old-school Airbnb experience, we offer a home away from home inside ours. Located on the north side of Bloomington, it is just 15 minutes from downtown Bloomington, the IU stadium, and an hour from Indianapolis. Nestled in the forests of the Indiana Uplands, the space offers a covered porch with a private entrance, a spacious living room, a kitchenette, and a master bedroom with a full bath.

Cheerful & Cozy Upper Cabin in Cohousing Community

Relax and getaway in our safe, centrally located, co-housing community. Next to the local YMCA and local walking paths. This authentic log cabin has been completely renovated with a studio-style open bedroom, kitchenette, living room, porch, and bathroom. There is no TV, but there is Wi-fi. You'll be staying in the upper level of the cabin. The upper level is a separate unit, also on Airbnb. The units share no interior access and are completely separate units.

Harmony Hills 3 bedroom farm house

This 1970s brick farmhouse on 60 acres of pasture, forest, and stream offers a cozy “grandma’s house” vibe. Enjoy 3 beds, plus pullout sofa, 2 baths, and a basement with washer/dryer. Brick walls keep it quiet despite nearby highway noise. Outside, a roofed deck with grill and a campfire ring with firewood await, lit by string lights for cozy nights. Just 20 min from IU, it’s a serene escape for families or nature lovers.

Nashville Treasure

This mid-century modern one bedroom house is located just 15 minutes from historic Nashville. Beautifully decorated and adjacent to Yellowwood State Forest. This house has an open floor plan. The large kitchen is open to a large family room. You can lounge in comfort or sit on the back deck and watch the wildlife. Newly remodeled in 2019 it is a sight to see. You will be making plans for your next visit.

Garden Studio Guesthouse

RIGHT NEXT TO THE FOOTBALL STADIUM! Cozy & private, but close to the action! You’re a short walk to the Indiana University sports complex (Football, Basketball and Baseball), and you are a quick drive to the IU Campus, Downtown Bloomington, the IU Health Hospital, and Griffy Lake & Nature Preserve. The Garden Studio is located in a secluded backyard surrounded by gardens, pond and waterfall.
