Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. This 2 story treehouse is about a mile away from the world famous Bitterroot River to grant access to world class fly fishing. A small grill is provided for making all of your meals but you'll want to bring your camping dishes. The outdoor shower is not operational during the fall and winter. It will be available in May/June. High in the trees you'll experience an elevated glamping experience, which is perfect for 2 people. You'll be surrounded by large trees, wild life, and peace.

Located just a few miles from both Canyon Ferry Lake and Hauser Lake you can enjoy the great outdoors. Or head into Helena, MT just 20 miles to enjoy all the town has to offer.

The Tiny House

The Tiny House is completely furnished with comfortable leather furniture and tile floors thru out the home. It has a gas, free standing heater for winter warmth. The bed room has a comfortable queen sized bed, closet and dresser. A new leather sofa sleeper has been added to accommodate several more guest. It has a full size memory foam mattress. Parking is right out the front door and a private yard. Guest are surprised that it isn't really that tiny after all-650 sqft.

Sanctuary Farm Yurt Glamping

Magical getaway bedroom in the woods on 25 acres where glamping meets re-wilding. Come recharge and rest. Short walk to the all cedar outhouse. Enjoy watching the fire dance at the campfire circle by the creek. Great hiking trails close by, and just 20 miles to Lolo Hot Springs and 4 miles to a restaurant/saloon. This is a space to truly unwind, as there is no cell phone coverage, but there is limited WiFi. Chef cooked breakfast available (costs extra).
