Tranquil beachfront house with private beach access. The outdoor patio, kitchen, shower and bathtub embrace the beautiful weather with the sound of ocean waves. House is two bedroom, two bathroom, two queen size beds and one twin size bed in the loft. Master bedroom has a large office with a panorama beach/sunset view with generator for electricity and 850mbps WiFi. Perfect for digital nomads 5 minute walk to Manglaralto, 15 minute walk to Montanita. Enjoy Montañita while achieving sound sleep.

Beach house 100 meters from the sea with direct view. Three bedrooms with full bathroom and air conditioning, swimming pool, wood grill, hammock cabin, high-speed WIFI, hot water and all the amenities. I have my own guardian who will ensure safety and basic needs such as cleaning the pool, plants and any requirements regarding the operation of the property. Close to many tourist places and good restaurants.

Independent beach front suite, 5 steps to the beach and beautiful sunsets on your balcony. Located in La Punta zone, very quiet residential and the best area of Montanita with restaurants, surf shops, yoga place, and the surf point where you catch the best waves in town. The main strip/downtown where the bars and clubs are is a short walk distance around 5 mins, far enough for a good night sleep.
