Relax at this peaceful home in downtown Lakeview on Tamarack Lake. Modern 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage that sleeps 6: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, & 2 twin beds. Accessible ramp to get into the home. The kitchen is equipped (no dishwasher). Dining room seats 6. Living room with Roku TV and Wi-Fi. Bring your jet skis, boat, and fishing equipment. Public boat launch 2 miles & a large park nearby. Paddle boat available for use in season. Washer/Dryer. **NO SMOKING/VAPING **NO PARTIES **ONLY 6 GUESTS

Ideal "glamping" vacation for nature lovers who want to unplug, immerse themselves in nature & still be very comfortable. Has heater, electric, hot water, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee, microwave, pots/pans, cutlery, dishes, bedding, full bath, towels, toiletries, sheets, row & paddle boat. There is air conditioning but fridge etc. can’t be used at same time so people use it at night & unplug everything. Food stays cold. It's secluded yet 40 minutes to Grand Rapids. Meijer, Walmart are 15 min.

Lay in bed, relax and look out a window to enjoy a breathtaking view of Derby Lake. Then retreat outside where you will find multiple decking areas to relax in the sun or enjoy the breeze in the shade. Derby Lake provides plenty of entertainment whether it be fishing, boating or swimming. This home has a private dock and 75 feet of sandy waterfront property!

Escape the daily grind and come relax with the whole family at Sunlover Cottage on Bass Lake. This all sports lakefront cottage is 1 hour north of Lansing and 1 hour east of Grand Rapids. Our charming, peaceful cottage is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home with a fully stocked kitchen. Fun awaits our guests in Mt. Pleasant, an easy 28 min drive, with a water park, Soaring Eagle Casino, golf courses, and restaurants. Come enjoy the spectacular views from your living room. Your get-away awaits!

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

This charming get away offers stunning lake views from all three floors. There are five bedrooms that include 3 king size beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 single beds. Enjoy coffee on the deck while the sun is rising, grill your favorite food, swim, kayak, peddle boat, fish off the dock or bring your boat and tie it to your private 50 ft dock. Play video games, read a book or watch your favorite movie, play board games or do a puzzle. This is surely a place where memories can be made.
