Escape the busy life to our peaceful waterfront home with a divine view of the Potomac River! Enjoy a cup of coffee while watch the sun rise over the horizon! Kayak and fish right from the backyard! Kick back and relax on your own beach. Kids can play in the sand, splash the calm water, and feed the swans! The house features fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with clean linens, small washer & dryer, & patio for outdoor dining. Feel free to use 2 person kayak, life jackets, and beach chairs!

Relax at Lake Anna with friends and family at your own pool, hot tub and dock. Blue house boasts numerous spaces for entertaining and private chill time. House features 4 bedrooms, 3 large couches and 3 full bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and ready for a home cooked meal after a full day on the lake. Tim's at Lake Anna is a short car ride or boat ride to enjoy a meal and cocktail. The Cove and Lake Anna Plaza at the 208 bridge are close by including boat and jet ski rentals.

This 5 bdrm, 3 bath fully stocked home has all the convenience of modern construction (including wifi) but maintains the vintage charm of the original property. The acre+ plot is very private with spectacular forest & water views. Fun can be found in every direction and for all ages! Welcome to The Gull’s Nest Potomac Riverfront home

Come relax with family and friends on the back deck with fantastic views of the Potomac River! Bring your kayak, paddle board and fishing gear and access the river from the property or head to the community beach a few minutes walk down the road. Our home was built in 1990 as a place to enjoy the river and area. Our kids and their many cousins grew up spending summers and weekends on the water. Now that they are grown, we would like to share our home with you!

The river offers the perfect kayaking experience and for boaters, a boat launch is within walking distance. Fishing, hunting, hiking and sightseeing are popular in this area. Recently remodeled, this charming 1930's home offers peaceful outdoor living at its best. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and comfortable seating for six with stunning views of Nomini Creek. This property features a dock with swim steps and a boathouse, perfect for boating enthusiasts. Go fishing and crabbing, or explore the creek with provided kayaks and paddle boards. No smoking on premises. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
