An idyllic countryside retreat in an old Montenegro peasant stone house, facing a vineyard, surrounded by pomegranates and fig trees, and with a great view on the mountains. This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

Welcome to the scenic middle of nowhere. Here, cows ignore fences, cats run the local mafia and poop is less of an accident, more of a feature. The neighbour’s dogs might pop by to judge your snack choices. Birds will wake you up, the views will calm you down. You might get recruited to herd livestock in your pyjamas or find a sheep judging you parking. The air smells like freedom and your shoes will never be the same. Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

This carefully restored 3 bedroomed house with air conditioning and every modern convenience, is located in a small properties beside the sea in Orahovac, a quiet village in the most select part of the remarkably beautiful Kotor Bay, a World Heritage Site. At the rear, a garden has parking for one car; at the front, a small terrace and lawns extend 5 metres to the sea. The coast is uncrowded and very safe for children.
