The magnificent American Federal style stone house was the first built in Dewittville, QC, in the 1830s by Jacob DeWitt. Guests seeking a retreat will enjoy peace, tranquility and old world charm in this stately residence, the colourful zen gardens, gazebos and the sound of the river ever-present.

The Mapmaker's House, where you will be staying on the 2nd floor reserved for guests, is a hundred-year-old house located within the historic neighbourhoods of Westmount and Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. Close to the downtown area but also in a quiet neighbourhood with a host of green spaces, it is a minute's walk away from Sherbrooke Street West, with its restaurants and shops, an a 5 min walk from Vendôme metro station. There are two free parking spaces.

We have four rooms in total, two of which are ensuite including shower and two rooms that have shared sparkling clean washrooms w/shower. Our charming heritage home is a comfortable place to stay with interesting art-filled rooms. All of our rooms have designer cotton jersey bedding (Now that's soft!). We are located in the heart of the Mansonville right next to the historic Round Barn.
