Both floors have a kitchen (full kitchen in basement and kitchenette upstairs) and a bathroom. Each entrance also has patio seating. Additional amenities include grill, washer & dryer, and a fully enclosed dog run.

Perfect for two but can sleep up to three. No AC? Not a problem here! Our basement space stays cool and comfortable all throughout the hot and humid summer days of MN. We also have fans available and we constantly run a dehumidifier to circulate the air and keep away moisture.
