Funky meets functional in this walkout one bedroom suite. Welcome to our little slice of Long Hollow in beautiful South West Colorado. This spacious, comfortable suite is fitted with an efficiency kitchen with all the basic amenities, a queen-size Temperpedic mattress, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Located just 20 minutes from Durango, 35 minutes from Mesa Verde, and steps away from the hot tub! My husband and I live full-time in the house above and are happy to offer advice on the area.

Property is 12min West of cute downtown Durango and 40min to Purgatory ski resort. 20 to airport. Looking for a party house?! This is not it. Neighbors do not like loud groups- must be respectful of neighboring families. We allow pets but there is a fee so please make sure your # of guests and pets is accurate.

Newly remodeled cabin directly across from Mesa Verde National Park. The cabin sits inside Mesa Verde RV resort with guest access to all the amenities the resort has to offer. We are a short drive to the entrance of the National park and right in between the towns of Mancos and Cortez. Four Corners Monument is an hour drive to the west and Durango is a 40 minute drive east.
