Almost 2 acres of the property is level and clear with lots a space for horseshoes, baggo, badminton or even a some tag football. Another acre slopes down to the bullfrog pond where you can practice your casting skills or just relax and listen to the birds and bullfrogs. Maybe you would prefer chillin' by the firepit or under one of the many shade trees.

Relax in this simple, open floor plan little house with an amazing view of the Ouachita river and mountains. 2 bedrooms, one bath, living area, and great outdoor patio over looking the river. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and bath items. Can sleep 7, although it's most comfortable for a family of 4. There will be an extra fee per person. The cleaning for 6-7 people is $50, even for a short-term stay. pets are allowed for a $10 per trip, PER PET fee.
