The living room features a queen sleeper sofa gel mattress for extra comfort. Amenities- A/C, WiFi, washer/dryer, 2 kayaks, paddle board, life jackets and lake floats, charcoal grill, cornhole game, Xbox one with games, board games, QR clue, toys and books, and gorgeous sunsets! Dock is included & you may dock your own boat from nearby boat ramp.
