Use as a base camp to boating, fishing, hiking/jeep/mountain bike trails & more! Perfect for a couple or small family, its small footprint is efficient w/a Queen bed, a twin loft overhead, plus a full sleep sofa in the LR. Pet (max 2) & trailer friendly circular drive. You'll be within minutes from local attractions such as Low Water Bridge, Badin Lake OHV Trail Complex and Seagrove Pottery. Golf, lakes, and other outdoor attractions make for awesome local day trips. The large yard and parking area affords adequate space to bring and maneuver your off-road toys, trailers, boats etc... The fenced yard welcomes Fido!
