The Texian Cabin

Enjoy a unique 1700 sqft Texas themed log cabin in the woods! This 1.5 story home, located on a small family farm, has three bed rooms and two bathrooms with an open living room, dining area and kitchen. Toast marshmallows under the stars, grill burgers on the fire pit, play horseshoes or corn hole, lead your own yoga with our goats, collect eggs from the chickens, relax in a hammock, play tetherball, wander the woods, or head inside and dance to classic Texas country on the record player.

Hummingbird is one of the ten cabins at Lost Forest Cabins. Nestled in the heart of Sam Houston National Forest, it is a warm and inviting retreat, perfect for those looking to unwind, explore, and enjoy the beauty of nature. With views of the forest and a tranquil pond, this cozy cabin offers the ideal setting for a relaxing escape. Large sofa. Private porch. Outdoor fire pit & seating area. Fully equipped kitchen. A/C and heating for year-round comfort. Free parking. Decoration may vary.

Big Tex Cabin

Country relaxing with shade! Reopened camp new and improved! Brand new cabin - 1 of 3 cabins at our camp. 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed, the other with a twin over full bunk bed, a king pull-out couch, a blow-up mattress for extra guests, bedding, a full bath, full kitchen, dining room, living room, large front porch, parking, picnic tables and a charcoal grill. It is in the Courtyard area, with access to the main camp fire ring for use. Other campers may be in the area.

The main bedroom has 2queen beds, the open loft bedroom has 2 queen beds. The home has spacious living areas with natural light flowing through!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cabin in the forest. Walk a few hundred yards to the Beautiful Lone Star Trail in Sam Houston National Forest. This forest cabin has access to a fishing pier on a fully stocked with native fish (no license required), please follow lake rules. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy the lake. Lot's of scenery (forest, wildlife, lakes, countryside, etc), you never know what you can capture, so bring your camera!

We grow seasonal vegetables and exotic rare fig tree varieties from around the world! We are big FIG enthusiast here!
