This chalet is truly unique, one of the oldest buildings in the area; it has been authentically restored while retaining its charm and character. You will find yourself in beautiful surroundings full of history. It is close to the Portes Du Soleil skiing resorts (Champéry, Morgins) and the Thermal Baths of Val d'Illiez. The chalet is good for couples and ideal for families. Pets welcome. Given the beauty of the chalet and its antique restoration, we don't host big group celebration parties.

Stay in this traditional Alpine chalet (recently renovated), full of quirky charm, with beautiful views of the Val d'Illiez valley in the French-speaking part of Switzerland (32km from Montreux & 122km from Geneva). The chalet is a 20min drive from Les Portes du Soleil (largest skiing area in Europe), with 650 km of slopes, and a great starting place for walks and outdoor sports. You can travel here by train, though you might need to take a 5 minute taxi ride if there's lots of snow.

One of the bedrooms is a large bunk room that can sleep up to 6 people which is ideal for lots kids. The house is ideal for 2 families. Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.

It's a 5 minute walk away from the Lake of Geneva, a short walk to the train station (10 minutes) and nestled between the mountains and the lake. A great place to stay as a hub to visit the rest of Switzerland, or simply to rest and relax. This property is unfortunately not suitable for young children and infants. No pets allowed.
