The townhouse is restored with beautiful, vintage details but also with all the comforts of modern living like high speed Wifi, digital thermostats and entry to the home via smart lock. *additional one time fee of $25 to set up air mattress for 2 guests. All guests are welcome to use all facilities on our property; including our backyard. The property is centrally located in the heart of historical uptown Kingston. Explore the weekend farmers market just steps from the front porch, as well as local cafes, restaurants, museums, and music venues. The Bau Guesthouse is easily accessible. It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

The Still Life Studio- Centrally located Oasis

The Still Life Studio is an Exquisite dream. The studio is one open floor plan with two steps up into the bedrm/ living rm. The space boasts a full size pool table, two-person sauna, darts, massage chair, huge DVD collection, smart Roku TV, and a library collection throughout. The building dates to the 1870s and is on the historic registry. However, the Studio space is beautifully decorated in a modern motif with one of a kind art throughout. Fully stocked kitchen and bath. * No cleaning fee 😁

A 1.5 hr drive from New York City, on the intersection of New York, NJ and Pennsylvania and a five minute drive to our charming small town of Port Jervis. Newly equipped with high end appliances and finishes, Cherished Haus is a short drive from downtown Honesdale’s Main Street boutiques and eateries, and is convenient to area restaurants, Lake Wallenpaupack, and other local attractions. It is also centrally located to large box stores, supermarkets, and a liquor store, making it easy to pick up the essentials for your stay.

This lovely studio rests on the shore of the beautiful Kauneonga Lake. The newly renovated interior creates a warm and relaxing space to take in the amazing sunset views over the lake. The studio is part of a larger building but has private rear yard access, all other spaces are on the road side. Located on Restaurant Row and just a few minutes away from the Historic Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (Home of the original Woodstock). * In the summer months we have boat slips directly in front.

Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. Fridge is stocked with eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, wine. We have a large HD screen TV and Roku, but no local cable. 7 miles from Mohonk Preserve and 10 miles from Gunks climbing area, and great Cross-country skiing. Self check-in
