The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Element House - Off Grid Hideout

Unwind and reconnect with nature in this rustic and comfortable retreat nestled at the edge of a blueberry field. Surrounded by serene Catskills countryside, you’ll feel a world away, yet still be just minutes from outdoor activities, a thriving food scene, and Bethel Woods just 35 min away. Inside, you’ll stay cool with AC, a cozy queen bed, kitchenette, dining table, reliable wifi, and full bath. Outside, relax by the fire pit or cook on the charcoal grill. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

Enjoy lake access: swim, take the canoe or paddle boards out or float on inner tubes under the sun. For a scenic adventure, go tubing on the Delaware. Stroll to the waterfall, explore forest trails or visit Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, local breweries & charming towns like Callicoon & Livingston Manor. At night, fire up the BBQ or unwind by the fire pit.

We're only 7 minutes away from BethelWoods Arts Center, the original site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival. Come stay with us and surround yourself with beautiful trees, lakes, love and peace.

Spacious home with gorgeous decks, patio areas, and hot tub, presented by StayBettr Vacation Rentals. Shared dock access is available across the street. Indoors you will discover cathedral ceilings, fireplace, and a large eat-in kitchen and living room area your group to come together. New whole house water filtration system recently installed. The entrance to the home has a ramp for accessibility, and the home has wide corridors and interior doors, so all can be included on your vacation.

Spend some time in a classic Catskill Bungalow! Beautifully renovated and nestled in the quiet yet all-inclusive Hamlet of Hurleyville; this clean space offers a great place to rest your head and bones. In the cooler months enjoy a beverage by the fireplace or in the warmer months have one on the porch and look out at all the green there is around. Catchers Pond is perched atop a hill with views overlooking a private pond featuring a swim platform, dock, Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, fire pit and a fruit orchard of peach, pear and apple. It is perfectly secluded and close to everything you might need for your stay being just 5 minutes outside Mountaindale. Its rustic, charming and wild. A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.

Enchanting River is a magical 2BR 1Bath A-Frame home secluded on 4 acres of serine forest nestled beside beaver brook running right below the house. This magical get away is just 2 hours from NYC & 2.5 hours from Philly. Only 20 minutes to SKI BIG BEAR, a great snowboarding/ski mountain! As dawn turns to daybreak, there’s nothing more pleasant than being drawn from slumber by the sound of gushing water echoing through each surface of the property.

Nestled in the hamlet of Smallwood, only 2 hours from NYC, this newly renovated cottage is the perfect getaway from the city and an oasis surrounded by nature. This cottage is perfectly located for access to surrounding lakes and seasonal beaches, hiking trails as well as exploring and discovering the lovely Catskills region. The cottage features a wood stove, spacious deck, a fire pit as well as an all-season jacuzzi to enjoy day or night.
