The scenic river walk, tasty restaurants, galleries, Town Park, and nightlife are all within a short distance. Plus, the San Juans are home to some of the state's best skiing, mountain biking, climbing, and hiking! Welcome to Beautiful Southwest Colorado. Come and relax on our small farm just 5 minutes south of Montrose. Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
