Hammock Lodge

Relax in a self contained lodge set in a peaceful garden. It has its own patio area with table, chairs and optional use of a log burner. Hammocks are available to use under the trees alongside the lodge. Just 6 miles to Bournemouth beach, shops and attractions. Conveniently close to Bournemouth airport for those staying for a stop over before an early flight. A tranquil base surrounded by nature and the River Stour which makes for a beautiful evening walk. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. I’ve created “Your own Private Space” within my dwelling. Private Self contained quirky living space set aside from my dwelling. The side apartment is part of an Edwardian house converted into to 2 contemporary style apartments. Ample road parking. Park opposite includes a running track and tennis court. A comfortable 20min walk into Bournemouth town centre and beach. Public transport, local eateries and supermarkets a short walk away.

Single room in a two bed flat with free parking

A clean, tidy and welcoming two bedroom first floor flat with a single room available. The room has a door lock and new carpet. The flat has a large kitchen which you're welcome to use, bear in mind i work from home and do use the kitchen for work, you're welcome to use it though. There is plenty of parking on the road which is free. The property is between Charminster road, which is full of different restaurants and Winton high street, which has local shops, cafes and supermarkets.

Ideally suited to couples and friends who are happy to share a super comfortable 4ft 6” double bed. Sleeps two in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. Close proximity and easy public transport access to Bournemouth, New Forest National Park, CastlePoint shopping park and surrounding areas. Unrestricted parking along our road

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.

This sleek and spacious apartment is the perfect choice for your relaxing, fun filled or business related getaway. It's in a fantastic, central location within easy reach to Bournemouth & it's vibrant town & world-famous beaches. There is on street parking available on neighbouring roads and there is a bus stop directly outside the apartment. Alternatively, taxis are continuously passing by. (A taxi to Bournemouth centre is less than £10 in the day.)

Lovely walks along the River Stour and just a short drive to the beaches of Bournemouth and the beautiful New Forest with a bus stop just moments away.
