Building is powered by 38 solar panels on the roof. I hope to install batteries to make the building carbon neutral 6 month of the year.

Quiet leafy outlook on culdesac street. Constiata doors overlook our private garden and pool. Peaceful, leafy quiet sanctuary. 2 min to train, bus, restaurants and bars. Internet access. Please also be advised the entrance sliding door is also used by elderly mother and not lockable. Bedroom is lockable.

Super quiet, brand new, ultra convenient, walk to everywhere location, this apartment provides the ultimate Paddington pad handy to Oxford St shops & restaurants, Centennial Park, historic pubs, the SCG, Allianz Stadium & a 30 min easy walk to the CBD. The studio is completely separate from our house with private access to a landscaped courtyard. We are a 5 minute walk from the Waterloo Metro Station and a 10 minute walk from Redfern Station.
