The space is geothermally heated so you won't run out of hot water and the concrete floors are warm on bare feet. When the space isn't rented, we love to host happy hours for our friends and neighbors.

Note: two houses nearby are quite rundown. Harmless, but trashy potheads.

You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots.
