Additional fee of $75 per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

The Lawson Home is close to Lake Norman, and is perfect summer or Fall getaway. Lake Norman has so much to offer! Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more! We do allow smaller dogs only. The suite is not suitable for large dogs. One time $100 pet fee.
