The Forest Cottage

A self contained cottage with two air conditioned rooms each 10m², situated within an indigenous patch of forest at the base and to the east of the highest peak in the Blyde River Canyon. From the cottage's verdant veranda stretching the entire length of the cottage, guests are afforded magnificent views over the South African Lowveld and in the distance, The Kruger National Park touching the horizon. It is situated at the very top of the village of Kampersrus within a safe and secure homestead.

SOLAR, no load shedding or power outages. During load shedding, all lights work, Wifi, ceiling fan and fridge, the stove is gas & the geyser is gas. Washed with the warmth and colour of the afternoon sun and in true African style, this luxury self catering cottage over looks your own private pool and the amazing bushveld. Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate is situated in the small quaint town of Hoedspruit in Limpopo South Africa. PLEASE NOTE - NO PARTIES or music is allowed on the Wildlife Estate.

Living With Leopards

Our expansive home in a wildlife estate in Hoedspruit is the perfect space to unwind and explore. Enjoy the passing-by of leopards, hyena, giraffes, warthog, buck of all kinds, mongooses, giant lizards and beautiful birds - all of whom make their way through our garden on a daily basis. Explore the Kruger National Park from multiple gate entries - the closest of which is just a short 30-minute drive away. Relax in the pool with a cocktail to the sounds of the bush, and slow down in style.

The Watermill Cabin

Nestled among ancient pines, the 50-year-old cabin stands on the banks of the Broederstroom River, overlooking a magical waterfall. A 2km gravel road drive from Haenertsburg. ( Accessible to most cars, not sports cars) will bring you to the charming cabin. A double story with the bedroom on the first floor ( mind the steps) and the fully self-catering living space and bathroom, downstairs. A few feet from the cabin, you will have your own private deck with braai facilities. Enjoy!

Glenogle Farm, The Loft.

The Loft is an exclusive romantic hideaway, perfect for honeymooners or those celebrating a special occasion. It is a luxuriously appointed suite hidden in the forest with exquisite views over the forest and dam. This enchanting space features a bedroom, stylish living area, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom as well as a private deck. The king size 4 poster bed, high ceilings, French shutters and roaring fireplace create the perfect ambiance for those who want to get away from it all.

Kingfisher Cottage

Kingfisher Cottage is an ideal escape from city life. Located in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, it has the attraction of being close to the restaurants and shops of Hoedspruit whilst providing access to the Greater Kruger & the Blyde River Canyon. The cottage is available to rent for short term stays of 2-14 nights for up to 4 adults on an exclusive basis. If you are a larger family please contact me to see if arrangements can be made. The setting next to the river and surrounded by nature offers a wholesome, relaxing experience. It is any birder and bird photographers dream location with four different biomes within easy reach.
