By car, the stunning beaches and coastline of Moray can be easily reached, as can the hills and distilleries of Speyside.

Set in the grounds of the Innes Estate, near Elgin, this beautiful one-of-a-kind Gatehouse forms the entrance to the North Drive of Innes House. This unique property has 2 bedrooms and provides modern luxury and comfortable living in an ancient setting. It has its own private patio but residents will also have access to the 5000 acre estate that the house sits on. Number 7 is a stylish cottage in the sought after west end of Elgin. It is just a short walk from the city’s vibrant array of cafes, bars, restaurants and the home of Gordon&MacPhail for the whisky lovers. Recently refurbished with traditional features, including the original cast iron roll top bath for which we highly recommended a relaxing dip with lots of bubbles. This is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Moray Coast, Aberdeenshire and the Highlands.

Ballin Dhu is a cosy and peaceful highland escape nestled on the banks of the River Spey and sitting directly on the Speyside Way walking route. The lodge and its surroundings are beautiful in any season, whether it's watching spring come to life, enjoying warmer summer months, amidst autumn colours, or on a frosty winter's day overlooking the Spey valley. Whatever the time of year Ballin Dhu provides comfortable and characterful accommodation.

Beautiful flat, in grade B listed mill, with gorgeous sea views, situated in the quaint fishing village of Burghead. The flat overlooks the Moray firth where dolphins, seals and orcas are spotted. The flat is a 5 minute walk from miles of beaches and the forest of Roseaisle and a wonderful local cycle path and coastal walk. Please note this flat is on the second floor with no lift.
