Our Stanthorpe House

Our Stanthorpe House is our home away from home. We specifically chose this house for the abundance of space, so that when we escape the city life we do feel free! There is plenty of room to relax. It’s your choice on what you choose to do. We are a short walk to town, Red Bridge and Quart Pot Creek. Visit the giant thermometer [yes that is a thermometer!]. We will send you some information on our favourite places to visit. Note that we do offer discounts on bookings of 2 nights or more.

Mimosa Cottage

Mimosa Cottage was constructed in the 1920's as a residence and has had a number of interesting occupants since then including a doctors surgery and an art gallery/coffee shop. This year the cottage was renovated to create a comfy place to stay while you are visiting Glen Innes. The cottage is located centrally to the Glen Innes CBD, within short walking distance to the main street cafes, clubs, pubs and shops. There is off street parking and a large sunny back yard. No smoking throughout.

'Avalon' - Small group or family getaway

Close to local vineyards and Granite Belt tourist attractions, this three bedroom home on a small rural residential street in Thulimbah offers amazing views of the stunning night sky and Southern Cross. Beautiful large comfortable leather lounge where you and family/friends can gather and relax or use as your base as you explore the Granite Belt region. Free WIFI. Ramp access. Only 10 minutes south to Stanthorpe & 30 minutes north to Warwick. Well behaved pets on prior approval (max 2) :-)

The Hideaway- Fully self contained house

The Hideaway is a newly renovated three-bedroom home with the master bedroom on a mezzanine with spiral staircase access, two bathrooms and modern facilities. The front veranda and back deck will have you wanting to spend plenty of time outside enjoying the crisp air and starry skies. The cosy wood fire and outdoor fire pit area will keep you warm on the cooler nights. Located in a quiet part of town, you will get the country feel without the seclusion and are just a short walk from town.

Burgess House: A beautiful rural outlook in town

Built by the Burgess family in c1892, Burgess House is a three bedroom renovated house which was was relocated from Burgess Street. Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. With an elevated outlook over a rural setting, Burgess house is surrounded by native birds and bushland. Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.

Mill Cottage

Old world charm meets boho chic in this renovated charming 2 bedroom cottage. The property offers an English style garden diagonally overlooking Jubilee Park. Set amongst the cafe and wine bar life of this historical Federation town. Davadi Cottage is our dream country escape, we have lovingly restored this old Queenslander into the home that is today brimming with character but with modern conveniences the perfect blend for a charming weekend. Three queen size bedrooms comfortably fits six people, perfect place to spend time with friends and family. The location is just 5 mins walk to the main street which is great for going out at night, no need to take the car!, but only a short drive to all the wineries .

The Coop is a beautiful newly renovated bungalow home situated in a short 5 minute walk to the city centre, cafes, parks, restaurant, bakery, supermarkets & sporting fields. Easy 5 minute drive to UNE. Offering open plan self contained kitchen & laundry, dining, living areas, two bedrooms with queen beds, two stylish modern bathrooms & a deck for outside living.
