Quaint 3 bdrm 2 ba home situated on the intracoastal waterway. Want to go to the beach but don't want to be in the mainstream of it all? We are close enough but far enough. Enjoy tranquil moon lit nights listening to dolphins as they swim by. By day, lounge on the porch, pergola, hot tub or dock and watch the parade of boats pass by. For the fishing enthusiasts an array of fish can be caught from the dock to incl, sheep's head, flounder, puppy drum, speckled trout, blue fish, crabs and more.

Mermaid Cottage & Outhouse

This fully remodeled 1940's Beaufort gem is steps from Town Creek Marina and Front Street! Shops, restaurants, tours and several ferry options are within walking distance. The house offers two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms, laundry, reading nook, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, beach cart, yard games & so much more. The 'Outhouse' is attached to the deck and is a separate space to hangout, watch movies & use the PS4. There is everything you need at the Mermaid Cottage!

Landing Lookout

Named for its proximity to Big Rock Landing, this historic home is located in the heart of downtown Morehead City within walking distance of everything the Fisherman's Paradise has to offer. Within a few blocks are coffee shops, restaurants, bars, exercise studios, shopping and local attractions, including the waterfront and charter boats. A serene back patio and relaxing covered front porch offer perfect bookends to your day, with the house providing everything needed in between.

Romantic Waterfront Escape with hottub and kayak

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

We are 3 blocks from Bogue Sound in the area known as the "NC Crystal Coast", with fabulous beaches including Atlantic Beach! Public access & walking distance to the Sound, ample parking, excellent restaurants nearby, plentiful shopping, and more! A short drive away is Beaufort, an historic town with much to do! We live @ 2000 Arendell across 20th St. So we’re available to serve your needs!

Washington Cottage on Calico Bay

Built in the 1960's, the Washington Cottage is a little gem that was completely restored in 2022. It's located within walking distance of Morehead City's waterfront area with restaurants, bars and charter fishing boats. Take in the beautiful views of the bay and sunsets from the front porch or just relax in this peaceful getaway. We own the local coffee shop about a half mile away (voted best coffee on the Crystal Coast) and you get complimentary coffee during your stay!

You wont be disappointed in the view . There is a dock to fish or bring your kayak to paddle around . We are 5 min to down town Beaufort’s waterfront.

Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

Waterfront w/ Heated Pool, Private Pier & Kayaks

Our new saltwater heated/cooled pool is a perfect place to relax! Our spacious home comfortably sleeps 13. Our home is filled with recently updated furniture including new beds! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items needed to make a delicious meal for a large group. You'll have plenty of living space and common areas like the spectacular veranda off the kitchen allowing plenty of space for large groups to congregate.
