With only 7 mins. to the freeway, 19 to the airport, and 19 to downtown Salt Lake City, this location is ideal. Close to all the world-class ski resorts Utah has to offer for year-round fun. Just six houses away from the beautiful Bountiful Temple belonging to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This completely private studio apartment, with it’s own entrance, is located in the walk-out basement of our family home. It has a fully stocked kitchen, a large screen TV, and a washer and dryer.

Take it easy at this newly constructed tranquil mountain getaway. Located at the base of Nordic Mountain Ski resort, there are plenty of things to do. Two other major ski resorts are less than 30 min away. During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.

This cute ski chalet is ready for your visit. It's a full apartment-no shared spaces except the yard. You'll have a full kitchen, and all of the appliances you'll need to prepare all of your meals. If you want to just relax, there are plenty of restaurants just down the canyon. There's lots to do in this beautiful valley. Snowbasin ski resort is a short 20 minute drive from here. There are lakes & reservoirs in every direction for your water sports. Hiking trails are everywhere.

Ski, snowboard, hunting ,hiking, mountain biking, what ever your winter fun includes! We are 10 minutes from Snowbasin and within 45 minutes of other resorts such as powder mountain, Park City. We’ve got all the inside information on snowbasin, 30 years of what to ski, in and out of bounds. Twenty years at Powder Mountain back ground as well .We have intimate knowledge of the surrounding area to recreate! Do yourself a favor, come for some needed R&R in a mountain setting!
