Possibilité de louer une chambre supplémentaire au même étage : « Deux-pièces ChezlaCotch » Grand espace extérieur privatif avec piscine, place de parc. Endroit calme sur les hauteurs, belle vue sur le Léman, face aux vignobles du Lavaux.

Our studio is a luminous ground floor apartment with a garden in St-Prex, which is one of the most beautiful villages on the Geneva's lake shore. St-prex is a medieval village, located between Lausanne and Geneva, with differents restaurants, cafés and beaches (possibility of renting padles). In Winter, St-Prex has a central location between the different ski resorts (40 min by car far from Jura St-Cergues ; 1h from Villars, Leysin, Portes du Soleil ; 1h20 from Verbier, 4 Valleys).
