Our beautiful French style apartment is on the second story or our home. It has two bedrooms - if you need to use 2 bedrooms please let me know as there is an added charge. Thank you. It is a sunny, spacious and comfortable apartment.. Access is private and you have sole use. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.

This cosy separate bedroom with ensuite is a tasteful garage conversion. In the room is a small fridge, a table and chairs, towels, a hair dryer and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The room is in a separate building at the front of our family home, so you will have your own private entrance. The bed is a comfortable queen size genuine Japanese futon. It is a quiet and private location, with native bushland to the side of and behind the house. We are only 10 minutes from the M1 freeway.

Park Haven Flat

Clean, cozy flat in a beautiful and quiet location with independent access, aircon, a queen bed, renovated bathroom, wifi, and a kitchenette (microwave, no cooking). Kilometres of lakeside bushwalks, a beautiful marina, and world-class 8@Trinity restaurant within walking distance. Avondale University is a 15-min drive; shopping centres (Coles, Woolworths, restaurants, PO, takeout, etc.) are 2.5k/5km away. Flexible check-in on request. Light continental breakfast provided.
