Private lake access via stairs (over a hill) leading to your own dock, with folding chairs and a kayak—perfect for relaxing, paddling, and soaking in nature.

Reduce the sofa-TV distance. 2. Face Sofa to the TV. 3. Make TV viewable from the Kitchen. 4. Improve Sofa location to ACs and Heat. 5. Reduce Energy Bill without sacrificing Comfort. This is a great house but its a challenge to alter the layout. Please accept of apologies for any inconveniences.

Cottage is in a quiet Neighborhood less then 1/4 mile from the lake. Enjoy outside lake view dining at the many restaurants the lake has to offer. Located 30 miles from PA and 40 miles from NYC. There is a ring camera doorbell.
