Upper level (has stairs) 2 bedroom overlooking the Illinois River, play in the large yard or build a campfire in the fire pit next to the river and just chill.

Perfect place if you are working in the area. Pets are welcome with an additional fee. We ask that you please disclose in the reservation if you are bringing a pet. There are 2 beds with a maximum of three people allowed. You can park right next to the house. Very close to town. This house sits on the alley.

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.
