Quaint, peaceful, & fully remodeled basement apartment awaits you 9/10th of a mile off I-81. Conveniently located an hour from Knoxville, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas & about 45min from Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. We are situated in the middle so you can go either way without a lot of driving. This is an easy stop-over if you are traveling 81 and just need a sweet place to rest in your journey. We take great care to foresee any need you may have while staying with us.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

If you all want to go out and explore, you are within 5 min of the AMC theater, entertainment, dining, shopping, parks and downtown.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located studio apartment. This is a studio apartment. It is newly renovated and setup to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are many restaurants nearby for you to enjoy. If you prefer not to eat out, feel free to use the stocked kitchen to make a homemade meal. The kitchen contains a coffee bar so that you can start your day with a fresh cup of coffee.

Newly remodeled LAKEFRONT home on DOUGLAS LAKE in Dandridge Tn. Very convenient drive to UTK, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy this 4 bedroom 3 bath home with incredible mountain and lake views. NOTE- Douglas Lake is operated by TVA and the lake levels are lowered from fall to spring. There will not be water at the boat docks during this time.
