Welcome to Nordico Point. Since 1984 our family has enjoyed the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Our private 4.5 acres w/1200' of lakeshore reminds us of some of the most beautiful BWCA campsites that we have stayed at. Nordico Point aims to provide a similar experience for those who still desire a wilderness experience but no longer want to portage or sleep on the ground. And paddling is 100% voluntary. PS - you can launch a boat, too - small boat(16ft max - just no wake board boats allowed;)

Whether you are coming in and out for a Boundary Waters trip, a weekend getaway with your loved one, needing a change of scenery while working remotely or you'd like to have a cozy bed to slip into after taking the kids on a day hike. *Please note it is located upstairs above a business. *Guests must be able to check in on their own.

This is a 2500 sq ft year-round home with open floor living area and lake views that will take your breath away! There is an electric sauna, an outdoor fire pit & a 3 season porch. Our dog friendly home sits on 12 acres of wooded land and we have 150 feet of rocky shoreline across the road. We are a 10 minute drive from downtown Ely on Shagawa lake.
