The apartment is ideal for couples, solo-, or business travelers. It is located on the top (2nd floor) of the building - which allows terrific views of the seafront. No elevator, stairs only Guests will receive their own set of keys and will have the entire apartment to themselves. The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of the apartment building. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate and the window is fitted with lockable security shutters. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. The area is a seaside treasure, conveniently situated within walking distance of many major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 25 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient MyCiTi Bus public service, the Three Anchor Bay bus stop is 200 m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. The red hop on hop off City Sightseeing tour bus stops at the Green Point light house on the Sea Point promenade 200 m from apartment. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Please be considerate of your neighbours - keep noise level minimum between 22:00 - 07:00.

The apartment is renovated and refurbished with new appliances, furniture and linen. The space is quiet and tranquil and perfect to relax or work away from the buzz. Free uncapped WiFi is included. The entire apartment and common areas will be available to residents. We shall gladly assist our guests with any questions and suggestions they may have. The flat is within easy walking distance of the Cape Town Stadium, parks, the promenade, many buzzing restaurants, deli's, bakeries and the famous V&A Waterfront. The MyCiti bus stop just steps away gives quick access to the rest of the city. Within walking distance of the Green Point Park & Stadium, V&A Waterfront, Graduate School of Business UCT (GSB), gyms, restaurants, shops, deli's (Giovanni's being a favourite) and pubs. Apart from taxi and shuttle services being available, it is on the MyCity bus route. Ample street parking is available as well as a Free Public Parking Area across the street. It is only 2,6km from the CBD and Cape Town International Convention Centre-CTICC-approximately 5 minutes in peak traffic times. There are a few steps in the garden path leading to the apartment while the apartment itself is on one flat level with no internal stairs.

This is how I want you to experience Cape Town. Enjoy my (mostly African) contemporary art and crafts made by locals in and around the area. Read some of my books and make yourself at home. I want you to feel like it’s your home away from home :) The entrance to the apartment is on street level with and entrance foyer/ corridor before taking the beautiful old renovated staircase to the first floor. This first level of the house is accessible for exclusive guests use. I give my guests space but am available when needed. Restaurants and shops are close by, while the Central Business District and the V&A Waterfront are a long walk or short drive away, and Clifton Beach not much further. My homely one bedroom apartment is not modern, but it is clean and comfortable. It is on the beach road looking out towards Robben Island where you can see dolphins and if you're lucky, a whale or two. It is an easy walk to the V&A Waterfront (1,5km) and trendy restaurants as well as being on the MyCiti and City Sightseeing bus routes. It is close to the buzzing city, the Cape Town stadium and spectacular beaches! If you're looking for a modern hotel-like experience, my apartment is not for you.

A lock-up & go apartment located directly in front of the promenade, within walking distance to Cape Town stadium. It has a full sea view in the front and Table Mountain, Golf Course & Cape Town Stadium at the back. The block is quiet and secure, and the location is perfect, with the MyCity bus stop right outside and Ubers arriving within minutes. The apartment is a 300m walk to the Waterfront with tons of activities to do and restaurants to dine at. Spacious and cozy, 2-bed apartment.
