My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Aménagées dans les anciennes écuries de Verlaine, la maison se trouve à 10 mn à pied du sacré coeur. Elle jouit d’un joli petit jardin. En arrière cour. Elle est très calme et très claire. Elle comporte 3 chambres doubles, 3 salles de douches et 3 WC séparés. 2 chats vivent en toute liberté entre le jardin et la maison, donc attention aux allergies. Notre cour est fraîche et agréable, cependant attention de ne pas parler trop fort et notamment après 22heures pour ne pas déranger les voisins.

Nous mettons à votre disposition une maison individuelle avec une place de parking sécurisée une cuisine indépendante équipée, un salon avec smart tv, un jacuzzi d'exception sur mesure, un sauna finlandais ainsi qu’une chambre avec lit queen size matelas d’hôtellerie, placard de rangement et smart tv. La maison Hanaa dispose également d’une terrasse avec salon d’extérieur et d’un jardin. Le tout avec un accès Wifi.

Charmante maisonnette refaite à neuf en 2022, proche de Paris. À la fois au calme et proche de toutes commodités. Vous pourrez accéder à pied au centre ville et restaurants. Ne convient pas aux personnes âgées et aux enfants en bas âges car il y a des escaliers raides. Desservie par l'autoroute, le métro ligne 3 ( 10 mn à pied) et la ligne 11 ( 15 mn à pied) et à 8mn du tramway, vous serez en quelques minutes au centre de paris (30 mn). Nous sommes en banlieue Est collée à Paris.

A detached house in the city center, just for you. The very cozy living room can be transformed into a bedroom. Your fully equipped kitchen can accommodate up to six people. The first bedroom under the roof is equipped with a large double bed (160). The small attic bedroom has a single bed (90 cm). The basement, well heated in winter and naturally cool in summer, is the ideal refuge (140 cm bed). Finally, a small terrace is reserved for you to have lunch outside.

It consists of a large living room with an open kitchen on the ground floor, and a beautiful room for 2 people upstairs with views of the garden. High-end bathroom and toilet freshly renovated. La maison de Johanna et David, calme et lumineuse, donne le sentiment d'être à la campagne tout en étant en ville! Elle est idéalement située pour rejoindre Paris et la Défense, avec différentes solutions de transport. Elle est très proche de toutes les commodités, de nombreux restaurants, d'une piscine municipale, de centres de Yoga, Pilates ou Fitness, et du centre ville de la Garenne avec son superbe marché.

My lovely brick home is located next to Paris' Flea Market. The house stands in a private bucolic alley. The ground floor consists of the living room, the dining area, the kitchen and the garden-terrace. The second floor is made of two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets. On the third floor, the attic has been turned into a large bedroom and wardrobe. You'll probably meet my friendly car, Moki !

漂亮的房子，花园，15分钟到巴黎市中心

Charmante maison de 65 m2 lumineuse, calme et très agréable avec jardinet entièrement clos située à Gentilly dans un quartier pavillonnaire. À 2 pas de Paris (15mn Paris Centre : Châtelet-Les-Halles), très proche des transports (RER B à 2mn de marche) et commerces (supérette, boulangeries, pharmacies, restaurants…)

Charmante petite maison sur cour. Située dans une rue calme mais néanmoins à deux pas de l'effervescence de Pigalle ou Montmartre. Très bien desservi pour facilement visiter Paris. Vous y trouverez une chambre à l'étage, une mezzanine dans le salon avec un lit double, ainsi qu'un canapé convertible (double).
